Every server is billed by the hour from a prepaid balance. Destroy it and the charge stops. Prices are the same in all 33 cities unless a provider charges more for a region, in which case the deploy screen shows the exact price before you confirm.

Every server has a dedicated IPv4 and full root access. Windows Server is available on plans with 4 GB RAM and up, from $79/mo including the licence.
