Custom and individual requests

Bigger fleets, raised limits, specific regions, volume pricing — when and how to ask.

When to reach out

The defaults cover most users: up to 10 active servers, the plans and regions in the catalog, self-serve crypto top-ups. If you need more than that, ask — most 'enterprise' features here are one email away, not a sales funnel.

What we can do

Raise server and API limits for accounts with history. Volume pricing for sustained fleets. Specific regions or plans that aren't in the catalog yet — if the underlying provider offers it, we can usually expose it. Early access to new providers as we add them.

What to include in the request

Rough fleet size and how long it runs (steady or bursts), regions you care about, monthly budget range, and anything unusual about the workload. You don't need to reveal what the project is — we need shape, not secrets.

What we will say no to

Anything that conflicts with the acceptable use policy, regardless of volume. A bigger budget does not buy a different abuse policy — that consistency is what keeps the platform usable for everyone.
